Final Draft Specific Plan Available

The City of Temecula has completed a Final Draft of the Uptown Jefferson Specific Plan.    The Plan is available for public review on this website in the "documents" link to the left, the City of Temecula website at cityoftemecula.org and at the City of Temecula Community Development Department, Planning Division, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Jefferson Specific Plan Final Environmental Impact Report

The City of Temecula has completed a Final EIR for the Uptown Jefferson Specific Plan.  EIR is available for public review on this website in the CEQA folder in the "documents" link to the left, the City of Temecula website at cityoftemecula.org and at the City of Temecula Community Development Department, Planning Division, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
